Payment and rental policies
Security hold
A $335.00 refundable security hold is due for the application. Pay it in full, or split it into two payments of $167.50: one now and one at vehicle pickup.
Upon approval, the hold is credited toward your first week's payment.
Optional insurance add-on
The optional add-on is $25.00 per week.
This add-on does not replace required personal coverage. Drivers must maintain personal auto liability, comprehensive and collision coverage, plus a TNC/rideshare endorsement when using the vehicle for gig work.
Mileage
Mileage is unlimited within Georgia. Travel outside Georgia requires FlexFleet's prior written consent.
Weekly payment fees
Each weekly payment has a 48-hour grace period.
After the grace period, the late fee is $25 per late payment. A failed transaction incurs a $35 fee.
Early return
Contact FlexFleet at least 14 days in advance to arrange a vehicle return. There is no exit fee, but prior equity payments are not refunded.
